All days at JJUC and EYUC will be livestreamed on YouTube 📺✨
ULTI.TV is delighted to announce that it will now be streaming every day of the Joint Junior Ultimate Championships (JJUC) in Wroclaw, Poland.
It had been agreed previously that ULTI.TV would broadcast some of the semi-finals and finals from the tournament, which comprises both the WFDF World Junior Ultimate Championships (WJUC) for players in the under-20 age bracket and the EUF European Youth Ultimate Championships (EYUC) for players in the under-17 age bracket.
Previously, ULTI.TV had announced that if the 500 Patron milestone had been reached it would be able to add an extra day of streaming to the two that had been planned, with another day of streaming added for every 100 Patrons thereafter.
However, after seeing the strong support and enthusiasm from new and existing ULTI.TV patrons, the local tournament organising committee has stepped up and generously provided the extra budget needed to stream games live and free to watch from the whole event. This means that games will be broadcast on all eight days of the tournament, providing invaluable experience and exposure to the best young players in Europe and the world at the start of their careers.
Games from EYUC will be streamed on the ULTI.TV YouTube channel, with the WJUC games broadcast on the WFDF YouTube channel. A streaming schedule will be determined in due course.
Becoming a Patron still means that you will get a vote in future decisions and matchups, so that the ULTI.TV community can help decide which teams and thus players can bring their A-game onto the big stage. We encourage people to join us on Patreon, because this ensures additional video content, previews and shows alongside the livestreams.
ULTI.TV is the media partner of the EUF for 2022, and will continue that partnership through at least 2023. They have worked with both federations on numerous occasions, including at the recent WFDF World Masters Ultimate Club Championships in Limerick, and at the previous two editions of the European Youth Ultimate Championships, in Veenendaal in 2017 and in Wrocław in 2019.
ULTI.TV is excited to bring more live ultimate to our Patrons and to ultimate fans around the world, work that is only possible thanks to the support of all the Patrons who are joining in its mission to bring as much free ultimate to viewers as possible.
